That line reads "the father is said to be farmhand (or bachelor) Ola Olsen No. 9 Åsum".

Great, thanks! My conundrum is that I cannot find either in the household examinations (Hanna Jonsdotter at #8 or Ola Olsen at #9. Since the birth was July 1823, I would have expected to find them in the 1820-23 record (Norra Åsum (L) AI:2 (1820-1823) Image 293 / Page 286). If I look at the first entry for Åsum - presumably the year 1824?? - (Norra Åsum (L) AI:3 (1824-1830) Image 54 / Page 46) I can see a Hanna Jons at #8 - consistent with the birth record, but there is no son listed with her. And the birth date listed there (6/4 1807) does not match what I find in later records e.g. (Norra Åsum (L) AI:6 (1837-1840) Image 87 / Page 80) where the son and Mother are listed, and her birth date is shown as 10/5 1801. This last also shows her birth parish as Kopinge, and I can find no record of a Hanna born on or around that date in Kopinge. Any thoughts about what you would do with this information?

Hanna Jönsdotter is here: https://sok.riksarkivet.se/bildvisning/C0061255_00234#?c=&m=&s=&cv=233&xywh=446,3107,3063,1610 . Her birthdate and birthplace are incorrect (10/5 1801 in Kopinge) but Anders birth, 1 July 1823 in Åsum, is correct so this must be the correct family. Also, there is an Ola Olsson on the next page at #9 who is born 2/10 1802 in Haby. He must be the child's father.
As far as Hanna's birth, she was born in Visseltofta 6 April 1807. Her birth record is here https://sok.riksarkivet.se/bildvisning/C0062613_00116#?c=&m=&s=&cv=115&xywh=2993,2984,3171,2034 .

Thank you once again for doing my work for me! I am curious how you found the record in Asum that you sent. The records that I found were later in that book, and I got there from the Index at the beginning of the book pointing to Asum (Index does not exist in the riksarkivet version of the record). Also, is there an article somewhere that speaks to the history of these records - how they came to be bound, who added indexes and when, why the arkivdigital version has handwritten page numbers and riksarkivet does not, etc.
Also, when I give the pure source identifier from Arkivdigital, how do you find the same image in riksarkivet - especially when page numbers are missing?
Thanks again for your help!

I have temporary access to Arkivdigital, so when I looked in the index for Åsum in the Norra Åsum parish records, there is a list of farms named Åsum, Åsumsby, Åsumtorp and Åsumtorps by along with pages to look in for each place. I just started looking through the farms, paying special attention to farms 8 & 9. I was looking for Hanna born in 1807 and/or Anders born in 1823 in No. 8, and Ola Olsen in No. 9.
As far as using the source identifier from Arkivdigital to find records in Riksarkivet, someone at the Family History Library in Salt Lake City showed me how to do that once, but I have forgotten. If I need to find the same record in Riksarkivet, I just look till I find it. Perhaps @Morris Geoffrey Fröberg could help with this question.

Thanks again for the clarification. I am still struggling to decide that Hanna Jonsdotter at #8 listed in the Norra Asum AI-2 with a birthday of 10-5-1801 is the same as the Hanna Jons also at #8 in Norra Asum AI-3 with a birth date 6-4-1807. The latter is probably the year 1824 - after the birth of Anders in 1823, and yet no Anders is listed in that record. Since Hanna is technically not my relative (Mother to an in-law) I will probably give up on identifying her. I was just trying to be sure that I had the correct birth record for Anders, which the record you found confrms. So Thanks again for your help!
