This is the record of the death of Herman who is a son of Johan Häggblom and Elizabeth Nilsdotter. He died of "Vådlig händelses-fall från en Brådskapel". Translates as a Dangerous accident-a fall from a Brådskapel". I don't know what a Bråd-skapel is, but brådska is "to hurry".

It is probably "Brädstapel" = board stack or plank stack
