Hi Joellen,
I can see that the record appears to have his birthday as 5 Sept 1887, but it is actually 5 September 1889. That birth record is here: https://sok.riksarkivet.se/bildvisning/00094596_00084#?c=&m=&s=&cv=83&xywh=-74,-19,4498,2415 .
As to where he goes, it appears he left for Dunbar, Wisconsin on 3 May 1907 (see here #21: https://sok.riksarkivet.se/bildvisning/00094590_00035#?c=&m=&s=&cv=34&xywh=2623,751,2604,1670 ), but in the "moving in" column, he comes back on 22 May 1907 (not enough time to get to Wisconsin and back, so something must have happened before he actually left. The moving-in record says something about "Återl. betig" and I can't be sure of what the abbreviation actually is. If you search in the Swedish Historical Dictionary Database [see here: https://swedishgenealogyguide.com/dictionaries/swedish-historical-dictionary-database-shdd ] for "återl" you get several different results). Anyway, it looks like he leaves again 19 July 1907 for "Dunbar, Wisc., N.A. You can see that in the previously referenced moving-out record at #28.

Thank you, Norm, for being so thorough! Too bad the moving out records aren't digitized on familysearch or ancestry. It helps to know the July 19, 1907 date. I may be able to find it on ship's records or arrival records. You are a great help.

Glad to be able to help.
These records are available (for free) in the Swedish national archives.
