Your link is a private family site which is closed to non members. Can you give us the parish and county, the book and page number, to help us get to the record?

I was able to do a search of the Swedish Household Records using Justina Charlotta's birth date and found the record. It is here (on My Heritage): https://www.myheritage.com/research/record-10180-11497186/justina-charlotta-andersdr-in-sweden-household-examination-books#fullscreen .
Karl Magnus's birth record is here (Entry #32 in Moss, Østfold, Norway): https://media.digitalarkivet.no/en/view/5741/125 . It says his mother is "maid" Justina Andersen and father is bachelor laborer Peter Andreassen. Something follows his surname but I can't read it because it is in the fold between the pages.
It does say on the next page that the father was born in 1859 in Moss and the mother was born in 1864 in (someplace) Sweden.
Column # 9 is the list of witnesses/godparents.
Column # 10 tells who reported the illegitimate birth. It was "wife Andrina Blomberg".

I forgot about your question concerning the remarks for Justina Charlotta in the household record. It say to look for her on page 151.

The record you refer to is the page 151 that I mentioned above.
I am not able to translate every word, but the gist is that Justina Charlotta gave birth to an illegitimate son on 25 Feb. 1885 in Moss and I think it says he is in the care of ship's carpenter Amundson. There is also a date, 20 June 1886 mentioned with something written above it that I cannot make out. Perhaps @Savannah.Larson Savannah.Larson could look at this to help with the parts I am not getting.

Here is a household record showing Karl Magnus as a foster child: https://www.myheritage.com/research/record-10180-1870704/karl-magnus-petersson-in-sweden-household-examination-books#fullscreen .

"25 Febr. 85 in Moss was born a small boy Carl Magnus, who is cared for in Moss by ships carpenter Amundsson. Dated 20/6 86 Zakiel Sta??"
I believe the part you couldn't make out @Norm Baker was likely the name of the priest who wrote the attest verifying the birth of Carl Magnus. The second date was likely the date that attest was received by the priest in Hede.

Thank for for your help in translating the survey and in locating the birth/christening record for Karl Magnus! That was really helpful!

Thank you, Norm! I was happy to find that later he was living with his mother and her husband. I would have missed this survey, so I appreciate the link.
