Attached is a birth record in Finstrom, Finland, from 1811. At the very bottom of the left side of the page is a Johan in the first column and a Johan Haggblom in the second colum. It looks like he was born Jan 25. Is Johan Haggblom the father? Can you translate the rest of the names in column 1 & 2 (I'm assuming col 3 is witnesses?)and is a mother listed? Still looking for birth info on 3rd Gr. grandfather. Thankyou very much.

This is the birth of twins-Mats and Johan born on the 25 January 1811 and christened on the 26th January 1811. The father is Timmer (Carpenter) Johan Hagblom. No mother is listed in this record, but Hiski lists her name as Anna Maja Mattsdotter and her age as 36 (see here for that record: http://hiski.genealogia.fi/hiski/a544?en+0042+kastetut+3034 ). The farm is Barsgårda. The mother and rest of the family are listed in the Household records here: http://digi.narc.fi/digi/view.ka?kuid=9253918.
The witness are different for Mats and Johan.
Mats witnesses were Mats Matsson and his wife Anna Lisa Andersdotter; farmer Carl Hindersson and maid Anna Danielsdotter.
For Johan the witnesses were Bonden (Farmer) Jän Hindersson and wife; Torp (cottager) Johan Hindström and wife; Eric Carlson and maid Fridrika ?

This Johan Hagblom cannot be your 3rd Gr. grandfather. This man married Gretha Jahnsdotter at 11.11.1843 in Finström
