The baptismal record for Marie Elisabeth Thomsen states that she was born on 24 Feb 1863, baptized at home on 11 March 1863, her baptism publicized in Horsens Vor Frelser church in Nim, Skanderborg, Denmark, on 9 August 1863, and that she was the illegitimate daughter of the unmarried Ane Marie Sørensen and the laborer Anton Thomsen (later married).
The marriage record on image 155 states that Anthon Thomasen, servant in Horsens, age 24, and Ane Marie Sørensen, living in Hatting, age 22, were married in the Hatting church in Hatting, Vejle, Denmark, on 24 April 1863. The witnesses were the houseman Thomas Olesen Sihen in Hatting and the laborer Jacob Hansen in Horsens. The couple is listed in the "almindelige jævnførelses-register" (the general index) on page 289 entry 174 and page 292 entry 458. The notes state that Anthon Thomasen was vaccinated on 3 July 1846 by [Mr.] Mikisch, Ane Marie Sørensen was vaccinated according to a certificate from [Mr.] Karstens in Haderslev, and that the banns were begun on 6 April.
The Hatting parish Jævnførelsesregister for Anthon Thomasen refers to his confirmation (page 106, entry 2, see linked).
The register for Ane Marie Sørensen refers to her arrival in the parish (page 200, entry 12, see linked). Her arrival list states that when she came to Hatting parish in 1863, she was 22 and coming from Horsens. In the notes it states her exact date of arrival in Hatting as 2 April [1863].
So, Marie Elisabeth was born on 24 February 1863; from the arrival list, we know that Ane Marie came from Horsens just a month and a half after, on 2 April 1863; and then she married Anthon Thomasen on 24 April 1863. The baptismal record does state that the parents were "married later," although it does not specify when or where. It all fits very well, though; I would say if you can locate a confirmation, marriage, or death record of Marie Elisabeth Thomasen in Hatting, and if there is no marriage of an Ane Marie Sørensen and Anthon Thomasen in Horsens Vor Frelser, then that would probably be the last piece of evidence you would need.

My mom says she's almost certain she saw you show up as one of her DNA matches on Ancestry, but she doesn't see you on there anymore; did you perchance change your Ancestry username?
