Could someone look at this record and see if there is any clue about the father of Carl Emil GWGH-5NZ ? I'm looking for a father and if there is not a father would you list his last name as Sjogren? It looks like his mother is Kristina Sjogren LYSY-YV1
I also have attached this record on both their files.

The child is illegitimate and born to the maiden Sjögren. I would use that as the surname until I could find some other record of this child with a different name. Maybe mom eventually married the dad. maybe she married someone else. In either situation, it might be the case that the child took on the name of his (new) father and that might be reflected in a later household exam or a marriage record.

It looks like there might be a "2dra" written right before the word for illegitimate above the child's name; if so, he is the second illegitimate child of this mother.
