Could I get some help interpreting this christening record?

This is in Lynge parish in Soro County, Denmark for 1743. The father is Henning Jacobsen of Topshoj. I'm trying to interpret what else it says.

I think it says hans kone's moder (his wife's mother) carried the child? I think it says she was from Grofte? The witnesses are Per Jensen, Morten Jensen?, and Hans Bruun?

I am guessing the baby was baptized on St Michaels day, September 29. The next word possibly,"hufde", I don't know, but it might be the occupation of the baby's father.
