Request Help Translating Swedish Baptism Record
I am very new to Swedish records, so I would appreciate some help tranlating the attached. It is possibly the 12 Dec 1841 baptism record for my 2nd Great Grandmother Anna Sophia Ekstrom. It comes from the Karslhamn, Blekinge, Sweden parish records. I can make out "daughter of maiden An. Mar. Ekstrom..." but then I get lost in the rest of it. I believe the little word under "Anna Sophia" means illegitimate. I see there are more names, but does it say who the father is? Thank you so much!

This is a birth and baptism record for Anna Sophia (illegitimate) born at 7 Dec 1841 and baptizes at 12 Dec 1841 to maid An. Mar. Ekström 22 years old. Then there are names of the godparents, no father is mentioned. They are living in number 283.
In house hold record in number 283 the mother is written as Sophia Maria Ekström, born 9 Dec 1826 in Nättraby.
Father of Anne Sophie is said to be Anders Wilhelm Hellman from number 38 Nya Staden

They move to number 68 at 1842: https://sok.riksarkivet.se/bildvisning/C0057538_00115
On that page birthday and place of mother Sophia Maria Ekström is corrected to 21 Aug 1819 in Karlshamn (that matches the mother's age in Anna Sophias birth record.

This is wonderful! I can't hardly find the words to thank you. These names and complicated relationships have been perpetuated for the last 50 years of my life (and probably more), but without adequate sourcing. Since I have become much more involved in Family History in the past 10 years, I have become a stickler for good sources. Now I have them! I will add them to these amazing courageous ancestors--and I know they are thanking you as well. I am pretty fluent in German and have done a little translation there, but not Swedish. Many many thanks again!

Anders Wilhelm Hellman was a cooper's apprentice, he was born at 8 May 1819 in Karlshamn
Here he is: https://sok.riksarkivet.se/bildvisning/C0057537_00178
He moves to an unknown place at 27 Aug 1841

You are lucky to find a father for an illegitimate child!

I was intriqued about your Anders Wilhelm Hellman. I searched him and found him on several different parishes. Last one I found was in Falkenberg and he moved to Karlshamn at 21 May 1886.
He is in Family Tree K2JF-FM9, but his profile contains several errors.

That is also great information. I am excited to go in and clean up these profiles and ensure they are documented properly. I still work full-time, so I hope to get to it evenings and weekends. I saw your Linked-In profile as a professional genealogist, and again am so appreciative of your help (and feeling a bit guilty about not paying you!).

Don't feel guilty, it is my choice to help here once and a while with problems that are easy to me.
