Where can church books in relevant time for Nyed, Varmland?
Nels Lindstrom b 19 Mar 1826 Nyed Varmland, and his son Johan Albert b Sep 1853 immigrated 1871 from Ljusne, Gavleborg to America. I know all the details of his family in America, but no hint as to his parents. Tree a FamilySearch I contributed to but no docs found further back than immigration, or connections to potential siblings found. Ancestry trees also do not contain parent/family ino.

Have you read through the parish records themselves https://www.familysearch.org/search/catalog/27816?availability=Family%20History%20Library or are you just waiting for record hints to come up? Record hints can only find records that have been indexed and there are many that have not yet.

There is no children born at 19 March 1825 in Nyed and no Nils (Nels) in March.

year is 1826, not 1825, and maybe a different day? A Johan in 1853? This information is in church record where he came to in US, and is very clear. Like in many people did from other places, would he provide 'nearest big town'

I have not looked there; I do not depend on hints since i am usually working with unindexed records. These are additionally 'locked', and relegated to access at FHC for me...which are closed. Unless someone has the magic key to access them, I have to wait until centers open.. unless there is another source I can access.
There was an indexed entry at MyHeritage for him... right place and date... for the 'examination'/census records of 1840, I think. But I don't have a subscription there and can't access it via closed FHC computer..... and have not found any other resource online for those or church records.... So am researching out to see if anyone else know of resources accessible my me in this every-thing-is closed environment...

The household record records his birth as 1826 (no day or month) in Ö(vre) Ullerud, Värmland, Sweden. There are no records for birth records between 1822 and 1830 in Över Ullerud. However, the history for Övre Ullerud says "Övre Ullerud is an annex parish in the pastorate of Nedre Ullerud and Övre Ullerud parishes" so you may be able to find his birth in Nedre Ullerud.

Also, it appears that the son who was born in 1853 is Johan Alfred rather than Johan Albert.

Thank you for the links... I mis-remembered Johan's middle name...in US Alfred is used.
