I have seen the above mentioned person in a probate index and now cannot find him. Is there any chance someone can take a look?

Yes, it is the right person, but in going through the entries you have made, no probate source was noted, which is what I was looking for. The other issue is that you have added two daughters that aren't--Agnes Olsen and Jorgensen. Please remove them. There were 7 children. I tried to send a snip of my list of children but this site won't take it. If you can direct me to the probate record that would be most helpful.
