Translation of some of the info. I don’t have a computer to send the poor copy I have. So, does anyone have access to the early Household records if I sent the book and page number, etc? And can someone translate the parts I can’t figure out? Thanks, Connie M

If you can tell us the parish name, county the parish is in, the year(s) the record covers, the page the family/person is on, and the person's name we can find the record.

It’s Fryskande, Varmland. The copy I have shows Fryskande A1:12(1790-1803) Image 78/page 72. It is for the Jon Jonsson/Kjerstin Jonsdotter family. I believe they were in Molenrud at the time but I don’t have a copy of the full page. The story is that there was a wealthy man named Carl Hindric Sahlstrom who lived in Stensgard. He got the servant girl pregnant and was going to marry her. Then a beautiful maiden caught his eye, and the wedding was called off. The servant girl was paid a good sum of money and sent elsewhere to have her baby. The child in question is Per Jonsson. He was born August 1801. I have his birth and marriage records etc. that all show him by the name of Per Jonsson, Son of Jon Jonsson and Kjerstin. Several weeks ago I noticed on the above referenced household record, the name
Carl Hindric Sahlstrom as well as a servant girls name right below his. I can’t read her name. Wow! What were they doing in the Jon Jonsson household records? Per’s name is listed below theirs. Does that mean that they are Per’s parents? Or is Jon Jonsson? I am guessing that perhaps Carl and the servant girl were there delivering the baby to the Jon
Jonsson family. So my questions are: Are there any remarks about the baby and this situation in the notes column? Does this record indicate who the real parents are? What does the word in front of Carl’s name mean? Also, I’m not real sure of the word in front of Jon Jonsson‘s name. I think it means husband but I am not able to read it clearly. What is the servant girl’s name? Her sister is supposedly involved in this story too. Any light you can shed on this situation would be greatly appreciated. There are several of us who are bantering back-and-forth all the time regarding who is the real father of Per. Hope this document gives us an answer. Thanks a million.

According to your household record, Carl Hindric Sahlström (b. 1748) is a "dräng" which is a "farmhand or bachelor". The name of the "piga" written in under Carl's name could be Annica(?) Larsdotter.
Since the household record shows that Per is the son of Jön Jönsson and Kjerstin Jönsdotter and the birth record (here: https://sok.riksarkivet.se/bildvisning/C0037199_00159#?c=&m=&s=&cv=158&xywh=3137%2C-139%2C3133%2C2010 ) shows the same parents, I would believe that.
To answer some of your questions:
"I believe they were in Molenrud at the time"-that is correct, the farm is Mölenrud.
"What were they doing in the Jon Jonsson household records?"-it appears that they are both servants, he is a dräng and she is a piga.
"Per’s name is listed below theirs."-this is true, but I believe the word "son" is referencing the head of the house and his wife-not the servants just before Per's name.
"Does that mean that they are Per’s parents?"-I don't think so; the birth record shows the parents as Jön Jönsson and Kjerstin Jönsdotter and you really have to go by that.
"I am guessing that perhaps Carl and the servant girl were there delivering the baby to the Jon Jonsson family."-I don't think that would be the case. They are both actually living with the family not just dropping off a baby.
"Are there any remarks about the baby and this situation in the notes column?"-no, there are no remarks about the baby, Per.
"Does this record indicate who the real parents are?"-the household record and the birth record both indicate that Per is a son to Jöns Jönsson and Kjerstin Jönsdotter.
"What does the word in front of Carl’s name mean?"-the word is "dr(äng)" which is "farmhand, bachelor".
"I’m not real sure of the word in front of Jon Jonsson‘s name."-the word is "husbonde" and it means "master of a family or of a house".
"What is the servant girl’s name?"-it looks like Annica Larsdotter, but I can't be sure of the first name.
"Hope this document gives us an answer."-this household record just gives a snapshot of the family from 1790-1803. It certainly doesn't tell about all that happened in the family. There really isn't any way to prove or disprove your family story from this record.
As an aside, I found Carl Hindrich Sahlström in the household record (Fryksände kyrkoarkiv, Husförhörslängder, SE/VA/13131/A I/12 (1790-1803)) in the time period just previous to your record. It may be of use to you but needs more research to figure out the relationships. Carl Hindrich is the 4th name down on the left hand page: https://sok.riksarkivet.se/bildvisning/C0037164_00099#?c=&m=&s=&cv=98&xywh=222%2C110%2C2761%2C1451 . Carl is listed as a "son" but I think it must be a brother to the name at the top of the page (Samuel Sahlström) as Carl is only 6 years younger.
Edit: The Carl Hindric Sahlström mentioned above was born in 1778, not 1748 so he is a son to Samuel Sahlström. Here is his birth record: https://sok.riksarkivet.se/bildvisning/C0037199_00106#?c=&m=&s=&cv=105&xywh=2924%2C587%2C3329%2C2009 .
