What does the numerical notation after "visitor in America" indicate?
Line 6 - Johan Alfred LARSSON - according to this householder's survey was a visitor in America. What does the notation no. 49 62/75 indicate?

I think there are two different thoughts in the comments. Vistas i Amerika means "residing in America." I think the No. 49 62/75 has to do with his registration for mandatory military training (sort of like our National Guard).

Thanks Geoff! Hadn't thought of that - probably I haven't done anything with the military records. Is there away to follow up using this registration number?
