KZNV-FZG Has a family. I would like to know two things.
1. What I'd the last name his children should have.
2. What is the rule or rules about last names in Sweden?
It seems the children use the Father's last name while living at home, the Father's first name with son or dotter extensions when they move out of their parents home.
Any clarification of the rules would greatly be appreciated.

Hans Högman has a great website with much information on Swedish genealogy. This article on "Naming Practices" may help: http://www.hhogman.se/naming-practice-sweden.htm .
Under "End of the patronymic Era" is this paragraph "The adopted surnames of craftsmen and soldiers [Bror, in the case of Svante Emanuel Larsson] and in many cases even clergy were not normally passed down to the next generation. If a son entered the same profession as the father he probably would use the same surname as his father. Otherwise, the children would use the patronymic name."
It is probably a good idea to put as many of the names in the "Alternate Names" for each individual as you think will be helpful to identify that individual.
To me, his name in the Household records you have attached as sources is Svante Emanuel Larsson Bror (Bror is probably his soldier name).
As far as the children, if you could find out what surnames they went by once they left home, that would probably be a good surname to use for them in Family Search Tree.
