Could someone help me to understand the death record attached - 1906 Volhynia Lutzk Parish record #199

Could you help me with the translation of this death record of Friedrich Jacob Loos. What I have translated so far is that he died on Sep 11 and was buried Sep 13. He was from Konstantinow -

wife 1 Sophie geb. Engelbrecht and

wife 2. Louise Ludwiga geb. Renn - Rennspiel;

Please review if I have the part I've translated correct and help me understand what's happening in the last part of the entry. Is the name Catharina geb. Lentz part of this record?

He's from Poland, 81 3/4 years old, not sure what's in the last few columns - maybe died of old age?

Here are just a few things to take note of. After Renn - Rennspiel, it says son of Jakob Loos in what looks to me like в катфини?

The column that follows the male/female column is marital status. In this case, he was женать, or married. The next column is the cause of death: старость леть (old age).
