Marriage Transcription Request - Divorcee?

Nils Eriksson PERSSON and Elma PETERSSON were married 16 December 1922 in Lövestad, Malmöhus. Nils was an agent for the Swedish-American Liners - what I'm interested in understanding is whether Nils was divorced at the time of this marriage. He was previously married 10 October 1891 in Ystad to Sofia Charlotta BERG.

The marriage record doesn't mention anything of Nils Eriksson Persson previous marriage. It only notates that this marriage is his second one.

 

In parish book it says that he was divorced at 22 Nov 1911.
