I believe your record says:

Sören Pehrsson's widow Hanna gave birth after her husbands death (to) a son in Varby (Värby) the 11th of May who was baptized/christened on Bönsöndagen (13 May) and called Sören Pehrsson.

 

That name certainly doesn't follow the patronymic naming pattern, but that is what the record says. You might want to try to find a household record (if they exist for this time period) to confirm that.

It occurs to me that he is probably known as Sören Pehrsson Sörensson.
