Need help reading Swedish :)

The question is whom he is called after: is it the fathers first mothersbrother?
As I read it Mårtens parents are Ola Rasmusson (sogne skrædder) and Boel Hansdotter, the first wittness Mårten Pehrsson with wife Bolla Swensdotter (as well as Nils Clemmentsson and wife Anna Hansdotter), so are Ola Rasmusson's parents named Rasmus XX and YY Pehrsdotter and if it is the first mothers brother mentioned, would the name of the mother (YY Pehrsdotter)'s fathers father then have been Mårten as well??

Traditionally, there was an order to who children in Sweden were named after, but not always (see https://www.familysearch.org/wiki/en/Sweden_Names,_Personal).
Anna Hansdotter is listed as, it looks like, the person who carried the child to the font; she is not specifically listed as a witness with her husband ("hustru introducerad" at the very end indicates that the wife, i.e., the mother of the child, was later introduced to the church a while after childbirth). The rest of the information you have listed looks correct.
