@Merodene Case I am going to move this question over to the All Temple and Family History Consultants community. They will be able to have a good conversation with you. I am also going to tag @piersonjc piersonjc to see if he has an answer for you.

Perhaps you could be more specific as to where the custom report that has disappeared was.

The option to create an indexing report with a custom date range was discontinued. Also the stats for indexing groups were removed from the My Indexing page (starting page). The indexing reporting system kept crashing during periods of heavy use, typically each weekend. These changes alleviated that problem.

Oh no! This makes me sad. Interesting that such a small feature would make the whole system crash.

While it may seem like a small feature, the custom report appears to have been a resource hog, That and the fact that group administrators were submitting requests for reports in large numbers would apparently consume all of the available computing cycles in the statistics servers on Sunday afternoons and evenings. I was told by piersonjc that there were at times hundreds of requests for the same report in queue.
If that is true (and I have no doubt that it is), then some, perhaps most, of the responsibility for the demise of this feature can be laid directly at the feet of the group admins who abused the system by using it.

There is a custom date range under organization statistics but it doesn't break it down to individuals. Be sure that all boxes are checked.

Thank you. But it doesn’t seem to let me put the beginning date in. I’m sure I’m doing doing wrong. Any ideas?

If a date stamp is populating in the first date range as has been happening lately to me, then type out your date and delete the date stamp. Hope this works.

That option was removed. The system kept crashing from heavy use on Sundays and that was one of the changes made to improve that situation. FYI: Indexing reports and access to them will change. No date has been announced, but you can read about it in a May blog article. When that happens, individuals stats will no longer be included. Authorized persons will see the total records indexed and reviewed but not any breakdown to who did what. Consultants will not have access.
