Looking for lost brother
My great Grandma family left Finland in 1927, and she always said that her older brother had to stay in Finland as he was old enough to be mandated to serve in the Military.
We think he was born around 1909-1911 but we're not sure where to go next
This is my great grandma's FamilySearch ID: L24L-5Z2
I'm looking for pointers on how to find him.

I believe I have found the brother you are looking for. His name was Osmo Antero and he was born 11 May 1909 in Mustajärvi, Ruovesi, Häme, Finland. It appears, however, that he died less than a week after he was born on 17 May 1909.I will attach an image of his birth record because it is only available to SSHY members on the SSHY website.
I will also attach an image of the family in the Clerical Survey for Ruovesi, Häme, Finland. This mentions Osmo's death date on the far right. This record shows his father as Antto Aukusti Hermaninpoika Herranen (b. 5 May 1886) (note the "Lehtisalo" above his name in the record) and his mother as Aliina Manuntytär (b. 19 April, 1887).
It is possible that another son was born between Osmo in 1909 and your great grandmother in 1912, but the records for that are not available yet (privacy reasons). For now, I guess this will have to do.

Here is the Clerical Survey record. I can only attach one at a time.

In Finland privacy issues are quite strict. As Norman Baker already pointed, records after 1909 are not yet available. Communion books were usually made with 10 year spans. That book where your family is found consists years 1900-1909 thus next book is 1910-1919. When 100 years is passed next book can be published. In Finland we are really waiting the new year 2020. Then those books 1910-1919 which are already digitized are made available.
I do not know if books 1910-1919 in Ruovesi are already digitized or when they do it. It may take several years if they are not digitized yet because digitizing is made by volunteers, and there are lots of church records waiting to be digitized. In my parishes I am still waiting 1900-1909 books to be published.
Fastest way to find your great great uncle is to wrote to Ruovesi parish and ask from there. (It will cost some). They can give you the information of his name and birth and any other information related to church, marriage, birth of children (any events that happened in Ruovesi parish). If he did move away, where he moved.
