If Nils is the son of Nils Ohlsson?
I need to know if Nils age 20 is the son of Nils Ohlsson. Nils Nilsson b. 1764 - 1766 left Ask parish in 1786 according to the HH exam in Svalöv. This is the only Nils that fits as far as age, patronymic name and the fact that he leaves, as he is not on the next mantalsländger in 1787.
The early parish records for Ask, Malmöhus were destroyed.

Also, Nils Ohlsson was born in 1741. He would have been old enough to have a child in 1764 - 1766.

In that mantalsländger: house number 8, there lives Nils Ohlsson, his wife, son or farmhand Nils 20 years old and 2 children (age under 15) and old poor indepentent Ture Månsson.

In comparing the writing on these records, it looked like "D" was written for drängen and "son" was written out most of the time. There is another time that just "S" was used, on the next page. This entry just didn't quite look the same. Just needed another opinion. Thank you again.
