I've lost Johan Alfred Nilsson (born 24 Jan 1848) when he joined the military
1876-1880: ArkivDigital: Degerbyn,Värmskog (S) AI:21 (1876-1880) Bild 64
Records widower Nils Jansson (b7/1 18150) Died 2/2 1880 in Degerbyn
JOHAN ALFRED, Gardot 2 Lifg (?) (b28/2 1848) went to Stockholm 15/11 1876 #53
Anna Maja went to Gafleborg Lan, Njutangersh 5/9 1879 #[12.
I found him in the utflynning record but it just said he went to Stockholm. I think he must be in a military parish there but I don't know which one. How do I find him?

Check out this page in the Family Search Wiki for searching in Stockholm City: https://www.familysearch.org/wiki/en/Stockholm_City,_Stockholm,_Sweden_Genealogy
This site has a searchable database for individuals living in Stockholm City: https://sok.stadsarkivet.stockholm.se/Rotemannen2012/search.aspx
I looked for him in the Rotemansarkivet site with no results, but it covers the time period (1878-1926) just after your Johan Alfred went to Stockholm so he may not have been there anymore. Or, alternately, he may have had a military name (which would replace his surname) or, as occasionally happened, his birth may have gotten changed during the move to Stockholm.
This is a great English-language site for Swedish research that may not help with this particular research question, but may help you to understand more about Swedish culture: http://hhogman.se/swegen.htm
I was just about to click "Answer" on this post when I noticed that there are 2 different birth days for your Johan Alfred: 24 Jan 1848 and 28 Feb 1848. Do you have an actual birth record for him?
If he was born in Wärmskog (28 Feb 1848) this may be your guy (from MyHeritage): https://www.myheritage.com/research/record-10180-108472477/johan-alfred-nilsson-in-sweden-household-examination-books#fullscreen . I will attach an image for this site in case you aren't able to access it.
