If you can tell us the date and place of the birth, it is much easier to identify the residences of people mentioned here.
This is the birth of Kirstin, born 1 May to Märtta Michlsdott(er) in _________ an illegitimate daughter who the ? of the same (day, month ?) was baptized and called Kirstin. The father was confessed to be farmhand Soren at _______________ in _______________ parish. The mother maintained (I can't make out most of the rest).
The note in the left column says "died 1844 the 29th May".

Birth was 1 May 1766 in Äsenhöga, Jönköpings.
Other records refer to her as Kierstin Svensdotter. Could it be that because she was illegitimate she does not go by Sorensdotter?
It is the correct record as both the birth and death dates agree to other records.

Knowing that she was Svensdotter helps. The name that I took to be Soren is probably Sven.
