I believe #2 is the June 18, 1786 marriage record for Tjøstolv Gjeruldsen and Berte Halvorsdatter in Åmli parrish, Aust-Agder. I woiuld appreciate having it translated. Thank You.

18 June in Møsklands church Tiøstel Giemeldsen and Pige Birthe Halvorsdatter. These are the children of siblings and royal permission to marry was granted on 3 March 1786.
