He is a Wagnmak(are) Ges(äll)-a journeyman wagonmaker.
This site is really good for figuring out Swedish words: http://swedishgenealogyguide.com/dictionaries/swedish-historical-dictionary-database-shdd . You can type in the beginning, middle, or end of the word if that is all you can make out. Be sure to use the diacritics.
