I think it means:
Entry 10, Samuel Biörnsson of Mohn, who was church warden over 40 years, and this in his service sincerely understood, as about him one can say with reason that he in life’s time was, a judicious, honest, good hearted and in all his dealings discreet (and) steadily trusted and serious man, who valued God and His world and lived with peace and also more in his house, as well and with all Christian grammar there of him provided testimony given (to) both of high and low (who) knew him. Sickness was ailments of age, and chest sickness, where with he carried (the) difficulty for some time during the sickness, he received worthy (the) holy communion whereof equally satisfied with Gods pleasure and blessing. Died 7 April, buried 13 April, 78 years.
