Please translate all of Number 23 on this 1766 birth record
This is a 1766 baptism record for Tellef Olson from a Church book in Åmli parish 1756-1775 (0929P), Aust-Agder Norway. I would appreciate having it translated. I believe the parents are Ole Gierulson and Anne Svendsdatter, but am not sure about anything else - especially the date.

The date is Fer(ia) 2 Pasch(a) which is the 2nd day of Easter-31 March 1766.
The place appears to be Møckland or Møchland"-I am not sure where that is. There is a neighboring parish named Mykland.
You are correct about the parents names. The parents are Ole Gierulson and the mother is Anne Svendsdaatter Ramse-(There is a farm in Åmli called Ramse ytre.)
The date under the number "23" is "dom Exaudi" which is the 6th Sunday after Easter. That would be 11 May 1766 and I can't be sure but it is probably the date the mother was introduced back into the church following the birth of the child.
The rest of the record consists of the names and residences of the witnesses/godparents.

Møckland is the name of a farm. Usually the 1st farm in an area later became the name of a the parish.
Witnesses: Evind and dOlse Jensen [of] Ramse [farm]. Ole Gierulsen [of] Riisdal [farm], Torjus Møchland, Ann and Ingeborg Ramse.
