Using the link you provided, I get the message that the image is restricted and can only be viewed at a FamilySearch Center or FamilySearch affiliate library.

On the 23rd of September 1803 a little boy of Joseph Polcke, cottager here, from his wife Maria Barbara, née Hallmich(in), was baptized with the names Johann Henrich; godparents/baptismal sponsors are Johann Henrich Weigler, cottager here, and Hedwiga Freydenreich(in) . . .
