I am trying to add 2 ward members onto my planner so that I can add them and help them. I am the war
I have tried to add their emails to an invite but the email is rejected.
I have tried to input their date of birth but it is asking
asking for a HELPER NUMBER what is this helper number.
I thought adding ward members to the planner would be easy but I am struggling for the first time.
ANY HELP as to what a helper number and where I am going wrong would be appreciated
thankyou

Keith, I hear your frustration. It may be that the email they provided when they opened their FamilySearch account is not the same email you see in LDS Tools or the member directory on line. Fortunately, the Helper Number is an EASY fix! Just have the two ward members sign into their FamilySearch account, click their name up at the top right corner, and then click "Settings." At the very bottom of the "Settings" screen in their FamilySearch Account page is the "Helper Number." If they give that to you, that's all you'll need to add them to your planner list. That number also corresponds to the last five digits of their membership number if their FamilySearch account is registered as member account with the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. If they opened their original FamilySearch account without giving their Church member number OR if they aren't a member of the Church, FamilySearch then simply supplies a different helper number instead of the last five digits of a Church member number.
