Start tree without GEDCOM upload

The upload was easy. I have no complaints about that. But am wondering if there are plans to let a person build a tree from scratch in this format if they'd prefer to do that.

@N Tychonievich First, let me thank you for testing early access CET. Second, there is a future plan to add the ability to build a CET from scratch. During this testing phase, however, a GEDCOM upload is necessary.
