Reason giving: Data Quality Score
You post a reason, like: No city name provided, or no month with year. But you don't link to the source you are talking about. Since you don't take the time to show me which source is creating the issue my first reaction is to ignore it.

You'll need to post an example of this for the developers to know where the problem is.
Usually if the conflict is referring to a source, the title of the source is included.
The only times I've seen something like "No city name provided or no month with year" it has been in the Data Completeness section and does not refer to any source at all. It is only pointing out that the profile page is missing that information. With the point being that you should go searching for a source if one exists that provides the information, attach the source, and add the information.
