What is the difference between a Question and a Post in Community?

Not all submissions to the community are a direct question - where a very explicit answer or specific help is requested.
Some posts may merely be:
1) Someone sharing information or a tip
2) A rather rhetorical question - where the person posting isnt really waiting for some needed response.
3) General Information and guidance
with submissions like the above (where no explicit response/answer is being waited for by the submitter) - it would normally be submitted as a POST.
If it is an explicit question with a needed awaited answer - then it would normally be a QUESTION.
That being said, in the end it doesn't matter too much - just that from an administrative perspective - the admins can keep track of posts that are pending being answered and differentiate them from those that don't specifically need an answer.
