Hoping to un-Brickwall a duplicate

My family has been researching Ethel Lavinia Winder PID GN36-FR7 who was both a grandmother of friends and members of my family, as well as a foster care provider to my mother since she was 11 years old. Ethel's mother was Margaret Fuller PID G7CT-3PS , and based on oral family history, we believe that she is a duplicate of Margaret Witter Fuller KZQH-269 . Can anyone give any recommendations on howto resolve this possible duplicate?
