updates and homepage changes
I am a 70 year old Ward Family History Consultant. Is it really necessary to change tab and resource locations so often and basically scramble the screen? Repeated changes and continual updates make it almost impossible to work consistently or guide anyone else to do their work. We spent as much (or more) time relearning how to find and access services as we ever spend doing any work. VERY often as we attempt to help others, when they ask a question of how to accomplish something we struggle to actually find the resource we are telling them is available because the screen constantly is changed. We realize that us old folks must 'roll with' digital updates and constantly relearn, yet it is the younger generation that quits trying when we are unable to go directly to resources and consistently explain how to access services. They simply say 'another time' and give up. After all they too are accustomed to digital chaos and most don't bother to actively engage. HELP! Is there a way to keep at least some basic screen and icon consistency? We realize that updates are needful and many good ideas are helpful. Too much change, too often is causing resignation to failure among too many potential family history 'greenies.'

We appreciate this feedback @LindaRAmes and understand your frustration. There are a number of important factors driving the changes and you are right, there have been many over this past year. We are working on some FAQ's that we hope will help.
