Anna Maria Horlacherin….Translation:
Immanuel Horlacher, citizen and cabinetmaker, was born on 24 March 1656, 41 years, 9 months and 3 weeks ago, was conceived and born in Ried by Michael Horlacher, innkeeper and baker there, as well as citizen of Hall, and his wife Apolonia Jäckel. After his physical birth, his parents, because of his sinful conception, had a spiritual rebirth with him, as he was cleansed from sin and adopted as a child of grace. He was then brought up in a godly manner, encouraged to attend school and church, and taught the necessary things, in which he then became well grounded in time. After some time he was taught the joiner's trade, which he learnt most obediently and diligently in four years, and then travelled for many years, working in various great mansions and noble places, and thus gained such great experience in his craft that he was justly praised as the best ‘master’ joiner here, We have an impressive example of his industrious and artistic hand in the beautiful pulpit work of our church here at St. Catherine's, which, together with the graceful pulpit cover, was very well made by him, to his everlasting fame.
In the year 1608, on the 8th of June he married Anna Maria, widow of the late Thomas Baugen, citizen and butcher, to whom he had been married for 17 years and 6 months. He was a zealous Protestant Christian, a devout hearer and doer of the Word, went to confession with true penitence, and partook of Holy Communion with heartfelt preparation and gratitude. He led his life with service, peaceableness, and kindness in such a praiseworthy manner that his untimely death was mourned by men of high and equal rank, for everyone enjoyed dealing with him. It was also a testimony to his honourable conduct that our esteemed authorities on this side of the Kocher promoted him to the office of "Händerich", which he then duly represented. As for his blessed end, he fell ill with a hot fever, during which he prepared himself beautifully for a blessed farewell with a penitential reception of Holy Communion and a prayer of faith, whereupon he fell asleep peacefully and serenely on the 13th day of his sickbed through the merits of his Saviour Jesus Christ, on Friday the 3rd February between 5 and 6 o'clock in the morning, at the age of 41. The next day, on the 4th of February, he was joined in death by his wife Anna Maria Horlacher. The death record of Anna Maria follows which I will translate tomorrow.

Anna Maria Horlacherin, who was legitimately born in the year 1636, the 10th of April; her Christian and pious parents were Georg Weidner, citizen and Bronnenbeck in and Limpurg? and his wife Maria Speltacher of blessed memory, by whom she was brought to baptism, educated to godliness, carefully sent to school and church, brought up to lead a virtuous Christian life, and also diligently taught to be a proper housewife. She married for the first time on 29 August 1665 to Thomas Baugen, a citizen and butcher on this side of the Kocher. In 13 years of marriage she had 4 children with him, 3 sons and 1 daughter, of whom one son and the daughter are still living; from the married son she had 3 grandchildren with grandmotherly joy.
After the blessed departure of her first husband, she became engaged in marriage for the second time to Immanuel Horlacher on the 8 June 1680 and was married to him for 17 years, leaving no heirs. She practised her Christianity with diligent prayer at home, devout attendance at church, and penitent reception of Holy Communion, which she had received at home, devoutly and salutarily, only 3 days before the end of her life. A fortnight ago she fell ill with a mother's illness(?), whereupon she suffered great heat and, presumably, a stroke, after which she passed away peacefully in her Saviour Jesus Christ, aged 61 years and 14 days.
NB. These two spouses were carried to the grave together with a full and sorrowful funeral.
NB. The spouses were buried together on Monday, December 6th.Comment: I am unsure what Bürger und Bronnenbeck in und Limpurg? means. Limpurg was a county in this area. Bronnenbeck[er?] may be an occupation or a place name.

Regarding your question:
Michael's wife was identified as Apolonia Schenck ("Die Mutter aber Apolonia e. geb. Schenckin") in the death record for Johannes, Immanuel's brother. Do the believe Apolonia Schenck and Apolonia Jäckel are the same person. Immanuel was born March 1656…Johannes March 1658.
From these two records alone it is unclear whether they are the same person. The (maiden) names are clearly different, so if they really are one person, the pastor must have made a mistake…
