The western part of present-day Poland - including the area around Posznan/Posen - is also covered by Meyers Gazetteer, see e.g. https://www.meyersgaz.org/place/21172026 and https://www.meyersgaz.org/place/20891026. The spelling of the place names may vary (Polish or German).
Another useful website for that area is Kartenmeister:

Thank-you @Ulrich Neitzel . Is there something similar to the Myers Gazetter for Poland, in particular the western parts (Poznan) where Germans settled?

Thank-you @Ulrich Neitzel for the gazetteer information for Poland. I do have family that came from east of Poznan, so I will try Kartenmeister as well. I do find the variants in spelling make it difficult to find some of the villages in Poland. I was also given https://mapa.szukacz.pl/mapnik.html to try from the Polish Research group, but if the spelling isn’t exact, you can’t find the village.
