Translation:

— 2. Anna Ilsabein, legitimate wife of Arend Bluhmen Koch died on 1st [of the same month] aged 56 1/4 years

Ulrich - thank you. I just couldn't figure out the name of Anna's husband. Interestingly enough there are "Bluhmen" families in this parish and I'm wondering if he married an Anna Ilsabein Koch and took on her last name and moved onto her Koch family farm. I'll be checking this out!
