Photos without titles, place or dates

"My Uncle added a photo to his memories files and tagged it to my mother. She is the only person in the photo and he neglected to add a title, place or date. He is the contributor and so I do not have editing privileges for titles, places or dates. The help section tells me to start a chat with him and encourage him to add that information. I would but he has passed on and I'm sure they don't let us chat with those on the other side of the veil. Sorry for the joke. Is there anything else I can do to complete these memories?"
