Attaching 1940 Census Sources - Missing Event

The 1940 Census Sources includes Residence Event info for 1935 and 1940.

When a 1940 Census Source is attached I expect 2 Events to be created under Other Information on the Details page: 1935 Residence Event and 1940 Residence Event.

Currently, when a 1940 Census Source is attached, only the 1935 Residence Event is created. The 1940 Residence Event is not created and is missing.
