Here's the translation -

In the year 1859, on the 11th of January, at 9 o'clock in the morning, was born in Lütschenbach and baptized by the undersigned on the 23rd of the same month

Anna Maria

illegitimate little daughter of the unmarried Maria Barbara Oswald, legitimate daughter of the deceased Friedrich Oswald, and the deceased Anna Maria Ernst. Godparents: 1) Johann Jacob Oswald, unmarried brother of the mother 2) Johann Friedrich Grether, shoemaker at Lausbühl 3) Katharina Barbara Hamberger, unmarried daughter of the deceased Jacob Hamberger from Lütschenbach 4) Maria Barbara Oswald from Schallingen, unmarried daughter of David Oswald from Schallingen. I still don't know what kind of contract is mentioned in the margin notes, but the word I couldn't read in the next-to-last line is "adoptirt" - adopted. This was explained in a subsequent entry that I just translated for you. The language used there, and the word adopted here, seems to indicate that Läuger was not the biological father, but took responsibility for the child anyway.
