I think the word Ulrich transcribed as Altenteiler might actually be Altenbitz, a place name. This is also the chopped-off word in the right-hand column. That said, I couldn't find such a place in Meyers Gaz. And I think the M— place name ends with -hof. Perhaps the entry in the Family Register can provide more details.
