Move Quality Score Back to Where it Was

I really enjoy the Quality Score information, but please, pretty please move it back to where it was! It causes issues with the Record Hints and is confusing.

I too liked it better where it was, too. At the same time, I see where it has a value in the hints area.

@TeresaMCarter Thank you for your feedback on the position change of the PQS. The hints issue was a glitch and a fix has been sent down :)
