Loreto (Laretus) DiMarco in Collecorvino Italy
I am stuck at this ancestor. All I have is a marriage document attachment mentioning my ancestor as having passed away (verification) in 1794 (born about 1723), having married Giovanna Di Domenico (no information, just name).
As a help, their children I have been able to identify are: Natale DiMarco born about 1752, died 1/15/1831 in Collecorvino; Pasquale DiMarco born about 1760, died 1/31/1829 (no death location yet), he married Maria Giuseppa Di Silvero but no marriage record yet; Domenic Antonio (or Domenicantonio) born about 1754, died 9/24/1817 in Collecorvino. Most likely there are more children.
Any help would be appreciated. As I cannot travel to Italy, but would love to, I can only obtain online records.

Civil records begin in 1809, so other than marriage processetti that have extractions of pre-1809 church records, you will need access to church records. And most Italian church records simply aren't available online.

There was a catasto for Collecorvino done in 1742. The archive of Naples holds it. If you can get access to it somehow, that's where I would go.

Cousin Vinny! At one point, I thought you were in my line as long ago I saw a correspondence online with (name removed) and you both had mentioned "Aunt Kay" and I thought "they must be talking about my grandma Kay (Concietta) Abbate DiMarco." After corresponding with (name removed) earlier this year, he said "Aunt Kay" was his mother … which means not my grandmother.
As for the records, I will have to find a way to Italy one day. I do have a distant cousin there, but he has not been involved with the church for a long time and does not want to go.Thank you.
