Marriage Record No. 19, Rabka-Zdrój, dated the 31st August 1919, of Thomas (Tomasz) Zembal, House No. 79, Chabówka, a Catholic, bachelor, born 29th November 1890, a legitimate son of Jacobus (Jakub) and Dorothea (Dorota) Czyszczoń, he was born in Chabówka on the 29th November 1890, and of a maiden, Marianna Carolina (Karolina) Rączka, House No. 128 in Rabka, a Catholic, born the 30th January 1897, legitimate daughter of Simon (Szymon) and Barbara, born Kantorowicz. Witnesses: Thomas (Tomasz) Kantorowicz and Josephus (Józef) Buksa.
