Note on this Marriage Record:
I am giving permission for my underage daughter, Anna Sitek, to enter into marriage union with Maciej Ruszala. I signify it by sign of holy cross, at the presence of two witnesses, signed: Franciszek Oliwa, the father, and witnesses: Jan Oliwa and Jozef Ruszala.
Submitted on behalf of the groom a Certificate from Military dated 13th September 1891, the copy of his baptismal record, and dates of Marriage Banns announcements.
Mattie, you have done a good work translating, but please note that you cannot use a maiden and a widow together to describe the bride. Maiden is an unmarried young bride, widow is wife, who lost her husband. In this case the bride was a widow.
