I am trying to document that Fryderyk Wilhelm Elgert’s wife Adolfina Jabs, by translating her Birth Record, is Adam Elgert Sr’s mother (1879-1973; Adam’s Birth Record indicates Aldofina was his mother; side note, he also was my grandfather).  Adolfina Jabs birthdate and place is:  1850; Dab Wielki, Nowa Wies, Wloclawek, Gostynin, Warszawa, Mazowieckie, Poland.  Below is web link for Birth Record.

Witnesses: Jakub Schultz, 23 years old, and Jerzy Fengler, 35 years old, both farmers in Dąb Wielki. Godparents: the above-mentioned witnesses and Maria Litpin, born Jops from Dąb Wielki. This record was read and signed.

Translated from Polish:

Marriage Record No. 44, Włocławek, Evangelical Parish, dated the 25th November 1832, of Adam Jobs, a farmer in Dąb Niemiecki, widower, son of a farmer in Kępa Dobrzyńska, Jakob Jobs, and of deceased Anna, married couple Jobs, he was born in Dąb Niemiecki, of Evangelical faith, he is 36 years old, and of Anna Szaffryk, born Fengler, a widow after death of her husband, Jan Szaffryk, a farmer, who died 10 months ago, she is daughter of a farmer in Dąb Niemiecki, Piotr and Anna, married couple Fengler, she was born there and is also of Evangelical faith, she is 23 years old, and living with her parents. Three Marriage Banns published in this Evangelical Church, oral permission of parents of the bride was granted. No impediment detected. No prenuptial agreement entered into. Witnesses: Piotr Jobs, a farmer from Dąb Niemiecki, brother of the groom, 48 years old, and Jerzy Fengler, a laborer in Dąb Niemiecki, an uncle of the bride, 40 years old.
