This is the actual birth record (Num Ord 168):

It's always best to use Gallery View by clicking on the icon to the top right of the panel that looks like a split screen monitor. That will help you jump to records more quickly, especially when used in conjunction with the View Index side panel (Indice) open as well. Also, viewing thumbnails gives you a really good feel for how the ledger is laid out.
Father is Calogero Farrugia, age 32. (one 'g' this time)
Mother is Rosa Strazzante, age 28.

Hey, I have a question that doesn't pertain to my post…I am looking for a birth record for a Rosa Maria Brizarra (Brizzolara?) who was born 4 Feb 1872 in Genova, Liguria, Italy. How do I find the birth record? Genova has many districts/municipalities. Her husband was born in Orero so maybe there, too. Although, I did check there, but I'm not the best at this. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi -
Normally, I would tell you to look for her marriage, since civil marriages in Italy often provide a so-called backdoor to discovering an actual town of birth. However, if this is the same Rosa Maria Brizzara that married Louis Lazzaretto in Los Angeles, California (30-Jun-1890) and died 4-Nov-1918, I will tell you that you are in for a rather difficult struggle. The marriage document tells us nothing:

Looking further into the husband, I see his birth record here:
1868 in Orero, as you said:
https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:33SQ-GG6J-RVX
I checked that town from 1870 through 1875 and did not find a birth record for her. Also, I did not see her surname in any of the birth records, so she is most likely from a different town.
I see no immigration data for the surname Brizzara. However, there are numerous hits for the surname Brizzolara that you mentioned. Most often, these people are coming from Borzonasco which is a comune located within the metropolitan city of Genoa. Looking at those birth records I noted that the surname is spelled Brizolara in that town.
There are records for that town here:
https://www.familysearch.org/search/catalog/1911346?availability=Family%20History%20Library
Many of the years of interest are not indexed and do not have a soft index within the pages. So, one must slog through them.
1873 Nati is indexed, but no joy there.
That's all I have for now. I'll update this if I find anything.

His name was Luigi Pietro Lazzaretto, born 24-Feb-1868, to:
Giuseppe Lazzaretto, age 30, born and residing in Orero, son of Giuseppe and
Maria Raggio, age 19, daughter of Pietro Raggio and the deceased Nicoletta Raggi(o)?, born in the Romaggi section of San Colombano Certenoli
