As an aside ...
.
Have you sought help from your local "Ward/Branch, Temple and Family History, Consultants".
.
One of them should be able to assist you.
.
They can be found in "FamilySearch" under "Help"; and, then, down the 'Drop Down' menu to "Contact Us"; and, then, at the TOP of that page/screen, under the heading titled:
Find Local Help
My Temple and Family History Consultants
.
Failing that, have your sought help from your local "Stake, Temple and Family History, Consultant -- Family History Centre".
.
You local "Family History Centre", can be found in "FamilySearch" in the same place as referenced above, under "Help"; and, then, down the 'Drop Down' menu to "Contact Us"; and, then, further down the page/screen following "My Temple and Family History Consultants", under the heading titled:
My Family History Centers
.
Hopefully, the telephone for your local "Family History Centre" may go through to someones Home or Mobile Telephone (as in my case).
.
Otherwise, have a look in the "FamilySearch" 'Wiki' for the page/screen for your local "Family History Centre"; where, hopefully there will be an "E-mail" address for you to send an "E-mail" requesting assistance.
.
They may also be able to assist you.
.
I hope this helps.

Jingle,
In addition to what Brett suggested, I am presuming that if you are posting in this group, you are a temple and family history consultant yourself. I would suggest that you also contact your ward or branch temple and family history leader and/or your elders quorum president.
If none of those can help you, ask your bishop or branch who would be the best person to help you either in your ward or branch, or in your stake. It may also be that he will connect you with the stake high councilor over temple and family history work.
Your questions are good ones, but this group is primarily for consultants to get help in performing their callings better. Questions about specific research of family lines are exactly the types of questions that your other ward consultants should be helping you with, or at least your ward temple and family history leader (or elders quorum presdident). It would be very helpful for you to have someone locally actually help you with some of the more basic things involved in doing what you want to accomplish. I hope this helps you get your problem resolved.

It would also help if you would include the FamilySearch ID for the person(s) in your tree that you are working on ... That would show location and time period as well as other clues ...
