invited family member shows on member list, but no blue dot with check mark
I recently went to a family reunion and enlisted group members. I believe the invite process must have recently changed. I used to create person in the tree and then go to invite and select the person to invite and was given a specific link to email that invite. It now appears that the same invite can be used and sent to multple individuals by using the same link to send to new invitees. I could use some clarification on this.
I received several notifications of new members added. One of those new members shows in the members list, but does not have a blue dot and white checkmark. I can't figure if she is a member of the group or not because all others have the blue dot and checkmark. How do I get this corrected?

Yes, the invitation process has reverted to the same process as is used for non-tree Family Groups; a single invitation can be sent to everyone. Each family member can click the invitation and request to join the group. Then an administrator must Accept their request to join. When that new member then comes back to the group, the system tries to match their personal information from their FamilySearch Account with a profile listed in the Family Group Tree and automatically suggests a Starting Person in the Family Group Tree.
It would appear that this particular group member has not yet come back to the Family Group after you accepted her request to join the group. Her FamilySearch Account has not yet been linked to a Family Group Tree profile. (no blue check mark).

Thanks. That makes more sense now. I’ll try to get person to log into their account and see if it works.
