Help with Danish Overformynderiprotokoller

Just recently discovered guardianship records, and have no idea what the record is telling me about Jacob Rasmussen Skriver. My research so far as shown that Jacob Skriver passes in 1760, leaving behind his wife Ellen and 5 children. There is a probate concerning this too.
Although this record is beautifully written, I can't make sense of the relationships - his believe it's his son Peder is listed right under his name, but only one son - he had 3 others.
Additionally, what is the significance of the 3 children listed to the right (Ellen, Karen, Gunder)? Are these his step children from a more recent marriage?
What do the 3 '17's mean?

I don't have any experience with these kinds of records, but I will tell what I have been able to figure out.
The first column is the name and residence of the guardian - in this case the guardian is Jacob Rasmusen Skriiver who lives in Strandbye. The note (in different handwritting) under his name reads "nu Jens Jacobsen Shriiver i Boetofte = now Jens Jacobsen Skriiver in Boetofte". I gather from this that after Jacob dies, his son Jens, becomes the guardian.
The second (and third) columns appear to be the names (and birthplaces) and ages of the people for whom Jacob was being guardian - Ellen Cathrine Rasmusdaater (6 years old), Karen Rasmusd(aate)r (4 years old), and Gunder Rasmusd(aate)r (14 days old). No birthplaces are listed for these 3 children, so you may be able to assume that they were at least born in this estate (Langelands gods). There is possibly a relationship between the guardian and the children (uncle, grandfather, brother(?) etc.), but they are not his children.
The fifth column is an amount of money "17 rdr 4 (?) 12 1/2 = 17 riksdaller 4 (of something) 12 1/2". This must be the amount of the inheritance. See this page on Norwegian and Danish currency: .
The sixth column reads "hos fadern til deris 15de aar = with the father till their 15th year". I can't be sure if this means that they will receive the money when they turn 15 or if it means something else.
I believe the seventh column is the name of the person who died (in this case, probably their mother): "Gunder Jensdaater i Strandbye 1769 = Gunder Jensdaater in Strandbye (died in) 1769".
